Perak Weather

Perak, located in the northern region of Peninsular Malaysia, has a tropical rainforest climate with warm temperatures ranging from 23°C to 33°C (73°F to 91°F) and high humidity year-round. The state experiences two monsoon seasons: the Northeast Monsoon (November to March), which brings heavy rainfall, and the Southwest Monsoon (May to September), which is generally drier. The best time to visit Perak is between May and August, when the weather is more stable, making it ideal for exploring the limestone caves and temples of Ipoh, the serene beaches of Pangkor Island, and the lush greenery of Royal Belum State Park.
